Sarah Thomas was introduced to Erickson Coaching International in 2016 when she enrolled in the Art & Science of Coaching and was ever changed by the experience. Certified as a professional coach in 2017, Sarah is a facilitator and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certified through the International Coaching Federation. She works with established and aspiring leaders from a diverse range of organizations and contexts. She has a passion for governance and spends much of her time serving on boards or coaching boards to develop high-performance skills and abilities. Sarah has over 16 years providing and crafting her own leadership capabilities and capacity. A formative part of Sarah’s professional journey has been in the medical and health professional environment. She served 8 years as the chief executive officer for a medical association representing resident physicians, and as a member of the executive leadership team for a Canadian medical regulator. Sarah is an amature painter and an avid skier and mountain biker. She loves to hit the open road and get her camp on in her 1976 Trillium trailer.
