Erickson’s vision for Teal 2.0 is to integrate coaching and team coaching into the DNA of organizational change. We aim to take all the core technologies of Erickson, especially the solution-focused team coaching, and workplace coaching models, and create a robust professional package. This will position Erickson Teal coaches as global leaders in Teal organizational change and drive demand for their services.

We invite you to join us in co-creating Teal 2.0, exploring a blue ocean of opportunities, and developing a new framework of abundance for corporate coaches. This will allow Erickson coaches, graduates, trainers, partners, and teal experts to achieve a new level of business growth.

We encourage you to become an early adopter and begin your journey with us to become a Teal 2.0 champion by co-creating the world of teal. Specifically, in October, there will be a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in this framework, get involved, and help shape the future of Teal 2.0 with our team.

The Teal 2.0 Forum is designed to expand the value of coaching. If we look at the success of Agile over the last 15 years, despite its current decline, there is a lot more demand for agile coaches than for professional coaches. Teal 2.0 presents an opportunity to redefine the value of coaching and scale up how we, as coaches, create value in the corporate world. We aim to create a tipping point in the perception of coaching value in business and foster the next level of engagement and opportunity for everyone in the Erickson graduate network.

We invite you to embrace this Teal 2.0 future and engage fully in our community. This event focuses on the Erickson community, including Erickson coaches, team coaches, stakeholders, trainers, and partners. It is also open to early adopters interested in people-centric approaches, organizational trust, business agility, and agile coaches seeking what’s next.

There are no training prerequisites for the Teal Forum; it is an open conversation for all early adopters.
