PRESS RELEASE: December 16 2024, VANCOUVER, BC. We’re delighted to announce that we’ve received accreditation for our flagship The Art & Science of Coaching™ Level 1 course with The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
As an SHRM Recertification General Provider, Erickson is now authorized to award 64 recertification professional development credits (PDCs) for all SHRM certification holders who complete our course.
Louise Hendey, CEO of Erickson Coaching International, said: “We’re incredibly proud of this achievement. The fact that it comes just a month after our organization won the award for Distinguished Coach Education Provider of 2024 at the global International Coaching Federation (ICF) Impact Awards is testament to our global standing and recognition as a leading global coaching education provider.”
Our Erickson-trained coaches, as well as our facilitators and partners around the world, now benefit from The Art & Science of Coaching™ Level 1 being SHRM and ICF accredited.
On top of that, as one of the only coach educators accredited by the ICF to provide Level 1, 2, 3, and Team Coaching, we’re proud of the fact that our courses really are driving change and making a positive impact across many communities and companies around the globe.
Lastly, it’s important to acknowledge how leaders in the field of Human Resources also stand to gain from the skills that coaching can equip them with, not only to help them unlock potential in their teams, but also to help them guiding individuals to surpass their role’s expectations and contribute to the company's vision.
