Louise Hendey

Louise is the CEO of Erickson Coaching International and has a 25-year career spanning the consulting, education, non-profit, financial services, and coaching industries. She has a master’s degree in business and has served on the Board of Directors for 4 companies in education-related industries around the world. She has worked as a coach and team facilitator, assisting organizations to grow their impact using an holistic, purpose-driven approach. “What I love most about my work is its diversity. I get excited about envisioning a novel strategic path, designing a new business model, or training programs, solving a complex financial challenge, or conceptualizing new digital solutions.
