Kalyna Miletic

Kalyna Miletic is an entrepreneur and coach focused on advancing performance through new technology. With a global perspective and culturally adaptable approach, she supports individual clients in achieving their career goals while optimizing team performance within organizations. Since 2010, she has worked remotely with individuals and teams from countries including Canada, the US, Brazil, Colombia, India, Nepal, Australia, and various EU nations. Her projects emphasize (self)-leadership, innovative AI applications, team dynamic optimization, digital strategy, online learning strategy and execution, and solution-focused coaching. Kalyna has collaborated with startups and Fortune 100 organizations, particularly within professional services, known for delivering creative solutions, innovative implementation, and client-focused care. Kalyna earned her Certified Professional Coach designation from Erickson Coaching International, where she is now a part-time coaching training facilitator. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
