Jan Georg Kristiansen

Jan Georg Kristiansen is a business mentor specializing in helping newly appointed leaders and talents overcome resistance from their teams or new situations, guiding them to regain control and achieve the results they were hired to deliver. He works with leaders to establish mutually agreed plans with their teams, ensuring alignment and success. An economist, MA in coaching, and experienced teacher, Jan Georg became one of Norway’s first MCC-certified coaches and is among 800 globally certified by the International Coach Federation. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and team development, he has coached top management in Oslo’s public schools and now focuses on mentoring leaders in finance, banking, and IT, specializing in transitions, team dynamics, and organizational development. Jan Georg has co-authored two books and is the co-founder and CEO of Erickson Coaching Nordic AS, a leading center for professional coach training.
