Björn Schigt

Björn Schigt is an experienced professional coach in leadership development with an ICF PCC/Level 2 accreditation from Erickson Coaching International. He brings nearly 20 years of executive and operations leadership expertise to his practice. His coaching is enriched by a deep understanding of organizational change and leadership, backed by a Master’s in Change Leadership from HEC Paris and the University of Oxford. Björn has lived in seven countries and worked in over 50, giving him a truly global perspective. With additional executive training from top business schools, he combines practical experience and cultural insight to empower leaders and drive lasting transformation. He is currently based in Zurich, Switzerland.
