Reem AlJizawi

Reem AlJizawi is the founder of coREACH, the First Coaching Firm and Platform in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that applies holistic global solutions aimed at enabling a "WE" culture, and provides individuals and businesses a different approach to thinking, communicating, working, and living. Believing in the importance and power of coaching, and knowing that it is still in its infant stage in Saudi Arabia, Reem and her team worked on making coREACH a strong platform for coaches who thrive on empowering others to lead themselves and their communities to a higher quality of life for all.

Reem started her coaching career in 2011 as a certified Adult ADHD coach. Shortly after, she saw the real value of Emotional Intelligence - a fundamental for human development and connection, and she became the first Saudi to get the Social and Emotional Intelligence Coaching certification. She is also the first Saudi to be certified as a Trainer and a consultant by Multi Health System (MHS) for the tools of EQ-i 2.0, EQ-i 360, and Pearman Personality Integrator assessments, qualifying certifications and trainings.

Coming across a variety of coaching programs and tools, Reem has developed a great passion for organizational cultures and teams, and she pursued her Executive coaching as well the Team coaching certifications by Marshall Goldsmith methodology. Today, coREACH help businesses lay the foundation for a "WE" culture to develop their workforce at all levels, enhance their values, and give them the opportunity to grow their skills and boost their performance, while making a positive impact on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole.

In September 2017, coREACH became Erickson's first partner from the Arab world, and in 2018, they started providing individuals in Saudi Arabia the opportunity to begin and enhance their coaching career through The Art & Science of Coaching, they also initiated a special program for TASC graduates to support them and offer them what they need to have a successful coaching career.
