Class of 2022

Professional Coach

A Comfort Zone Mentor and Coach with a solution-focused approach, Chartered Linguist, and Author. I'm passionate about enabling women to realize their potential, no matter what challenges they may face in life.

For the past 24 years, I've turned my challenges into opportunities, and now I'm helping others do the same. I started with a traditional 9-5 job, and now I've built multiple successful home-based businesses, published my own book, launched my podcasts, and mentored and coached women and girls to reach their life goals.

My mission is to help women become the person they want to be by connecting them to their authentic selves, exploring and understanding their own values, and finding workable solutions in all their comfort zones; fake and real. With my experience and insight into life's challenges, I'll help you find YOUR path to get you where you want to be - safely and sound.

What are you most proud of from the past 20 years?

Over the past 20 years, what truly fills me with pride is the impact I've made on women's lives through my diverse experiences. Discovering coaching has been a game-changer as it became the driving force behind everything I do. It's been a journey of continuously building upon my knowledge, learning, and personal growth. As a result, my love for humanity has grown even stronger, and I find myself constantly searching for ways to positively change the narrative. It's an incredible feeling to see the difference I've made and to look forward to an even brighter future of making a meaningful impact.

What does transformation mean to you and what role do you feel coaching plays in the transformation of society?

Transformation, to me, is a profound and positive change that goes beyond surface-level adjustments. It's a deep and meaningful shift in mindset, behavior, and perspective that leads to personal growth and a better way of living. It's about breaking free from limiting beliefs and stepping into one's true potential, embracing new possibilities, and creating a more fulfilling life.

When it comes to the transformation of society, coaching plays a pivotal role in catalyzing positive change on both an individual and collective level. Coaching self-empowers people to become self-aware, develop emotional intelligence, and uncover their innate strengths. By working with a coach, individuals gain the tools and support they need to overcome challenges, set meaningful goals, and take actionable steps toward success.

Moreover, coaching fosters empathy, compassion, and understanding. As people go through their own transformational journeys, they become more open-minded and accepting of others. They develop the ability to listen deeply and create safe spaces for others to share their stories and experiences without judgement.

I've personally witnessed the transformative power of coaching in my own life and the lives of others. Through coaching, I've seen individuals who once felt stuck and lost find clarity and purpose. I've observed how coaching helps break down barriers and fosters a sense of community and support among women from diverse backgrounds.

In essence, coaching serves as a catalyst for positive change in society by empowering individuals to become their best selves. As more people experience transformation through coaching, the ripple effect spreads, leading to a more empathetic, inclusive, and self-empowered society overall. It's truly remarkable how coaching can contribute to creating a better world for all of us.

What role has Erickson played in your transformation in the past 20 years?

Erickson has been a game-changer in my life in the last 2 and a half years. It's incredible how they show coaches the power of seeing humans as they truly are—completely okay, with positive intentions, and the potential to change. They taught me that everyone is doing their best in their own unique way, and that transformation is absolutely possible.

Through their training, I experienced firsthand the wonders of a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt genuinely heard, seen, and respected. It was amazing! Not only that, but I also got the chance to build wonderful relationships with fellow coaches from my cohort and even others.

Seriously, the solution-focused life they introduced me to works wonders. Erickson has been a key player in my transformation journey, and I'm forever grateful for the positive impact it has had on my life!
