2. Our Approach to Data Anonymization and AI Use

At Erickson, our use of AI is human-centered, transparent, and respectful of privacy. AI is used to enrich the learning experience and guide course improvements.

Key principles include:
●    We never analyze personally identifiable data with AI.
●    Only anonymized or de-identified data is processed by AI tools.
●    Identifiers (e.g., name, email, address, payment data, IP address) are removed prior to AI analysis.
●    Only aggregated patterns and insights are reviewed.
●    Anonymization is performed via secure systems, including randomly generated CRM IDs not linked back to individuals.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

●    Communicate program-related information
●    Comply with accreditation and legal obligations
●    Improve offerings and internal operations through anonymized insights
