This interactive 12-day course of NLP training is divided into four parts. There are seven core components that provide the skills, methods and effective frameworks to become an NLP Practitioner. The components include approaches for communicating powerfully and for assisting ourselves and others in finding solutions and transforming limitations into productive patterns.
Integral NLP technologies provide a powerful combination of some of the best educational research impacting the world today. Merged and expanded, these methods have become the springboard for advanced, well-evolved systems for training people in creative consciousness. This training program is brimming with practical information you can act on immediately. It is a nuts and bolts course that successfully combines course content with experiential interactive practice. Who is this program for?
Erickson's NLP Practitioner Training is for Coaches with an interest in accelerating communication skills and working flexibly with their clients. It expands personal productivity and effectiveness by learning practical, tested and proven NLP frameworks.
Continuing Coaching Education Accreditation
This course is recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a course supplying a total of 84 hours of Continuing Coaching Education Units (24 Core Competencies, 60 Resource Development).

Becoming a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner is a decision that can transform your life in a fundamental way. Neuro-Linguistic Programming involves the systemic study of human communication and how we create our reality. It is also the study of exceptional talent: how outstanding individuals get their results. With NLP training, you will develop talent, learn at an accelerated rate, and further your overall success.
The program curriculum is divided into four modules:
Module I of the NLP Practitioner Certification
This component allows you to learn to distinguish state changes in a conversation. It teaches you to detect variations, focusing on verbal and nonverbal communication. It allows to pay attention on a deeper level and fosters openness, learning and creativity.

Module II of the NLP Practitioner Certification
Language and Outcome Thinking
This component focuses on how words and specific language patterns impact our everyday conversations. This will explore how we communicate with ourselves and others. It is honing in on the internal dialogue that is used for motivation. In combination with effective goal setting tools, this can quickly help achieve desired outcomes.

This component allows to experientially understand methods that ‘brighten’ perception of life experiences. It focuses on integrating and bringing together the previous topics of Sensory Acuity, Anchoring, and Language & Outcome Thinking. As a result, it allows the recognition of a larger map of human experience and can support transformational thinking strategies.

Module III of the NLP Practitioner Certification
This component is about creating greater potential and options, by shifting the perceptual views a person considers to be ‘their reality’. It includes learning about habit changes and optimization through application of specific NLP tools.

Beliefs and Beyond
In this component, you will explore belief structures, and how to identify and change limiting beliefs. By changing fixed ideas, a person can have about themselves, greater possibilities emerge to get unstuck. You will learn how to work with conflicting values systems and/or beliefs to achieve alignment. From the perspective of NLP, this is a way to bring inner integration and move towards wholeness and systemic thinking.

Module IV of the NLP Practitioner Certification
In this particular component, you integrate NLP as a method, attitude and approach so that you are prepared to work efficiently with a variety of clients. You will be able to help clients in numerous contexts achieving the strategic changes they want. You will expand your skill-set in a way that will allow you to innovatively use various methods from the NLP toolbox.
