NLP Master Practitioner Training
This program provides a flexible Master Practitioner approach to training based on five core component areas: values and value development, expert performance modelling, pattern elicitation strategy and strategic abundance, exploration of advanced language patterns, and advanced submodalities. The modules focus on powerful advances in NLP, and serve a variety of coaching, therapeutic, educational, business or organizational training objectives.
This course invites an overview of NLP Creativity. If you are an NLP practitioner, a coach, communicator, counselor, an organizational consultant or active in business and wishing to have flexible access to the most current, advanced, and powerful NLP tools for therapy, education or business, this training is for you!
Core components of the NLP Master Practitioner Course include:
Meta programs are unconscious filters of perception. They structure our reality and affect our personality. This program includes the most recent discoveries in the field. Learn how to elicit meta programs from physiology as well as through questioning. Use linguistic markers to utilize and install specific responses. Discover how the different filters affect each other. Learn how to coach and assist change with meta programs. Applications in the field of management are also included.
Elicitation and Exploration of Value Systems
Learn to use key distinctions in modeling and designing expert systems, as well as an operational understanding of values and value systems. Learn effective elicitation and change procedures, while exploring and learning how to use both values and cultural filters, and major features of Clare Graves’ methods. Finally, learn how to counsel, manage and respond to individual value filters.
Elicitation and Exploration of Strategies
How do you determine motivation strategies, learning strategies and decision making strategies? What are the habits and strategies of excellence that you can adapt for yourself and assist your coachee to learn? In this segment we do a comprehensive examination of the structure of motivation, the elements of effective decision making, and the core components of effective learning.
Five-Step Modeling Process
Effective modeling strategies pursue a careful, multi-faceted and sophisticated approach in order to capture expertise and transfer it to others. This training program will introduce you to the five-step modeling process, where you will learn the fundamentals of Selecting Models to Explore and Behavioral Expertise. People are welcome to attend this component of the Master Practitioner Program as a stand alone. This training program successfully combines course content with actual classroom experience.
This program contains a number of techniques useful for professional change-work and personal development – Advanced Submodality Interventions, Values, Emotions, and Submodalities Shift; and The Submodalities of Importance and Methods for Redesigning Importance to the Process level. Improve your ability to make long-lasting changes. We will work with clear pathway determination between Form, Process, Structure, and Context elements.
