Take your Neuro-Linguistic skills even further! This is an interactive 12-day course of NLP training that builds on the fundamentals learned in the NLP Practitioner Training. It is divided into 2 parts and encompasses 6 core components. Deepen and expand your NLP skills as a Coach and immerse yourself in an environment that supports your evolution and capacity for lifelong change.
Find ways developing your NLP skills further and becoming an acknowledged expert in the field of human development and Coaching, as it creates the basis for modeling life successes and how we change systemically. As an advanced technology and method, NLP brings far-reaching changes to individuals and organizations contributing to an aligned and vision-focused perspective.
Why take this course
This program provides a flexible Master Practitioner approach to training based on six core component areas: values and value development, expert performance modelling, pattern elicitation strategy and strategic abundance, exploration of advanced language patterns, and advanced submodalities. The modules focus on powerful advances in NLP, and serve a variety of coaching, therapeutic, educational, business or organizational training objectives.
This course invites an overview of NLP creativity. If you are an NLP Practitioner, a coach, communicator, counsellor, an organizational consultant or active in business and wish to have flexible access to the most current, advanced, and powerful NLP tools for therapy, education or business, this training is for you!

The program curriculum is divided into six core components:
1. Five-Step Modeling Process
The effective modeling process pursues a careful, multi-faceted and sophisticated approach in order to capture expertise and transfer it to others. This training program will introduce you to the five-step modeling process, where you will learn the fundamentals of selecting Models to explore and behavioral expertise. People are welcome to attend this component of the Master Practitioner Program as a stand-alone. This training program successfully combines course content with actual classroom experience.

2. Elicitation and Exploration of Strategies
This component provides an overview of strategies in everyday life. How do you determine motivation strategies, learning strategies and decision-making strategies? What are the habits and strategies of excellence that you can adapt for yourself and assist your coachee to learn? In this segment, you will explore how to do a comprehensive examination of the structure of motivation, the elements of effective decision making, and effective learning methodologies.

Meta programs are unconscious filters of perception. They structure our reality and affect our personality. This program includes the most recent discoveries in the field. Learn how to elicit meta programs from physiology as well as through questioning. Use linguistic markers to utilize and install specific responses. Discover how the different filters affect each other. Learn how to coach and assist change with meta programs. Applications in the field of management are also included.

4. Elicitation and Exploration of Value Systems
In this component, the central theme is to learn to use key distinctions in modeling and designing expert systems, along with a discovery of values and value systems. Learn effective elicitation and value shifts, explore and learn using both values and cultural filters, and major features of Clare Graves’ methods. Build awareness and distinctions to creatively coach, manage and respond to individual value filters.

5. Conversational Change
This core component is about language and how we structure language. It teaches you how to recognize conclusions in a communication, bring awareness to how we form limiting evaluations and how we can work with beliefs. It focuses on ways to open and transform limiting beliefs through conversational language and untangle the various verbal messages that fixate our process. It is about words, and the intentional use of questions that enlarge our view and creating meaning that affirms our capacity for development and joy.

6. Advanced Submodalities
The core component focuses on the inner process of change and our unlimited potential to let go of the restraints of interpreting experience a certain way. This leads to greater flexibility and enhances our ongoing capacity to solve challenging situations. It contains a number of techniques useful for personal development and change work – advanced Submodality interventions, shift, values, and emotions. This includes the Submodalities of importance and methods for redesigning importance, as well as designing compelling futures.
