In her role as the Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager at Erickson Coaching International, Nataliya is leading the multifaceted marketing strategy and driving cutting-edge digital and social media campaigns that facilitate genuine engagement and high impact brand awareness globally and in North America. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and has completed an MBA-level Digital Marketing Strategies program with the Cornell University.
Heading Erickson's marketing team, Nataliya's focus is on the development of innovative content strategies, optimized user experience, multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media growth, and brand awareness for Erickson Coaching programs.
Besides enjoying her marketing role, Nataliya is inspired by the applications of Solution-Focused coaching for propelling human development and personal growth and fulfillment. She is an Erickson graduate of The Art & Science of Coaching and coach development programs, and is also an avid advocate for women and girls empowerment, as well as human and animal rights globally.
