Hanna Sedal is a consultant in the areas of strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership and team development. She has worked with non-profit organizations and governments, as well as the finance, pharmaceutical, technology, industry, and media sectors since 1991. Hanna added coaching and mentoring in her work with top executives and mid-level managers in 1993. At the same time, she has lectured on the topics of “Management, Self-Management, and Coaching” and “Coaching, Self-Management, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ)".
Hanna and a colleague started building a Norwegian Branch of Erickson Coaching International in 1998—one of the earliest Erickson Branches in the world. In 2006 she chose to leave her position as CEO of the school to have more time for business consulting, coaching, and mentoring. She still holds a position as head trainer at Erickson Coaching.
Hanna’s expertise is in working with vision, strategic processing, and organizational development, along with developing and structuring groups and teams, personal development, and coaching and mentoring. She holds a college education in leadership, banking, and finance, equivalent to the current MBA title.
