Trained with Degree in Engineering and a Master Degree in Business Administration, she started her career as an engineer with Micron and spent more than a decade of her career with established MNCs like Siemen Nixdorf and IBM. Thereafter, she held senior executive positions in SMEs including NTUC LearningHub and NTUC Healthcare. Prior to setting up her business, Visions & Dreams, she was the Chief Operating Officer of a SGX mainboard listed investment holding company, with investment in Japanese medical devices and renewable energy technologies.Jenaline’s corporate experience spans a wide range of job functions, including sales and marketing, channel management, customer service, strategic planning, business development and corporate services. Her industry sector exposure includes semiconductor, info-communication technology, training and education, healthcare services and renewable energy technologies. She worked with different stakeholders from government agencies and regulators, to private sectors partners across various industries and markets. In the first half of her career, working with American and European MNCs, have given her a strong foundation in understanding management best practices, allowing her to apply them when she moved into the SME arena.Jenaline set up her own business in 2014 to enable and empower organizations in developing leadership capabilities, using coaching methodologies and sharing her knowledge and experiences. She has coached and mentored executives and young entrepreneurs with profit and non-profit organizations.
