Galina Nagovitsyna


Galina Nagovitsyna started her practice in executive consulting and corporate project development in 2000. Her areas of expertise are strategic management, management skills development, motivation, and career growth. Since 2002 she has been an organizer of business-trainer training, which was launched in Novosibirsk, Russia. This project has been successful and is ongoing.

Since 2004 Galina has been an interpersonal strategies consultant. In 2006 she completed The Art & Science of Coaching and specializes in high-performance team building. She has ongoing professional experience coaching CEO's and supporting teams from innovative, engineering, and manufacturing companies.

Galina is co-owner and CEO of a professional coaching and training academy called ERFOLG. Since 2006 her company has actively participated in the development of Erickson's International presence in Novosibirsk, Russia. ERFOLG, the first of its kind in Novosibirsk, quickly became a regular organizer of Erickson's core programs The Art & Science of Coaching, High Performance Team Coaching, and the newest offering, Corporate Mindfulness.

Presently, more than 600 professionals and managers from the Siberian Federal District have completed The Art & Science of Coaching.

In 2010 Galina began participating in Doctors adopting coaching technologies, she is fascinated with what coaching technologies can contribute to healthcare. She also organized the first Russian Business Transformed course in 2010; and in 2011, with Paul Gossen, she launched a big corporate program for one of the largest Russian banks with more than 1200 participants.

In 2013, under her direction, ERFOLG publishers was created. ERFLOG's first project was Russian translation and publication “How NASA Builds Teams: Mission Critical Soft Skills for Scientists, Engineers, and Project Teams” by Charles J. Pellerin. This book allows Erickson graduates not only to expand their professional facilities in working with corporations but also helps to develop their leadership competencies.

As an Erickson Certified Professional Coach, Galina is actively involved in promoting coaching technology in the Siberian region.
