It presents an eight-session journey that enables participants to expand their solution-focused models and systems to achieve a high level of mastery in the organizational coaching domain.

Grounded in the principles of Teal Organizations, our Building High Trust Organizations program is structured around the Four-Quadrant Teal Model. This model emphasizes the Four Key Pillars of Value in Organizational Coaching.
Our comprehensive approach also tackles the 4 Mindset transformation Frameworks.
Is there a Certification available?
Yes, Erickson offers an Organizational Coaching Certification process. Currently, the ICF is not planning to offer an organizational coaching certification or accreditation. By completing the Organizational Coaching learning pathway and conducting and presenting a client project and case study, however, learners will be awarded the Erickson Organizational Coach Professional Certification.

Paul Gossen
Paul Gossen (PCC), is a Senior Trainer with Erickson Coaching International with 20+ years in the field. Paul has conducted more than 100 business transformation projects worldwide from small early-stage companies to enterprise-scale organizations. Paul provides strategic transformation, executive coaching, strategic growth facilitation and leadership training services.
Paul has rolled-out projects with large enterprises like SAP, Alibaba, GSK, Blue Focus, Amex.

Who is this course for?
Building High Trust Organizations is tailored for graduates of Erickson’s The Art and Science of Coaching™ program who are coaching at the ACC to PCC level, particularly those who have completed our High Performance Team Coaching course.
Since this program focuses on professional corporate coaching, participants are also encouraged to have experience or a background in business, management, leadership, HR, or organizational development.
