Brigit (Bee)’s professional journey is as diverse as it is inspiring, a testament to her dedication to creating thriving, emotionally intelligent communities.

Certified as an Erickson Professional Coach in 2014, Brigit (Bee) has spent the last decade empowering leaders around the world to cultivate a sustainable, resourceful mindset—one that allows them to show up not just for themselves, but for others. Her work is rooted in the belief that true leadership extends beyond titles; it lies in being a role model that builds kind, open and honest spaces where everyone can flourish.

Her background and experience, which spans industries as varied as hospitality, finance, performing arts, and education, has equipped her with a unique & "transition expert" skillset. Whether guiding leaders through a change at work or a personal transition, Brigit (Bee)’s approach is always creative, often using humor, metaphors, and real-life stories to make complex topics easy to grasp. She brings a lightness and flow to her work, helping people move through these times with clarity and confidence.


In addition to running her own practice, Brigit (Bee) has been a member of Erickson Coaching International’s team since 2015 in different capacities. She teaches The Art & Science of Coaching™ and Coaching Competencies for Leaders, serving as both an instructor and mentor coach. Her expertise includes being a certified administrator for the Hogan Assessments, EQ-i 2.0, and a Scrum Master. With over 17 years of international experience, having lived and worked in more than six countries, she has an unparalleled understanding of how to navigate cultural differences and complex systems.


Her academic credentials include an Executive Masters from the University of Zurich in Switzerland; her hometown, and a postgraduate diploma in education from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver where she currently resides.
