Teresia LaRoque

Teresia LaRocque, MCC, is Canada’s first Master Certified Coach and co-founder of ICF Vancouver. Over the past 20 years, she has played a pivotal role in developing the coaching industry in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Canada. From the moment Teresia discovered coaching, she knew it was her life’s calling. She immediately hired a business coach, started her own coaching practice, and never looked back. Teresia soon became Canada’s first Master Certified Coach and co-founded the Vancouver ICF chapter, dedicating herself to educating others about the power of coaching. For over 21 years, she has had the great pleasure of coaching thousands of fellow entrepreneurs on building businesses that serve a greater life purpose. Following the sudden passing of her life partner and father of her son, Teresia is currently on a sabbatical from coaching, mentoring, and training. Through sharing her experiences, coaching tips, insights, and resources, she hopes to inspire and support others in overcoming adversity and living their best lives.
