On November 14, 2019, the International Coach Federation (ICF) released its updated Core Competency Model. This is the first update to the competencies since they were first released 25 years ago. In 2020, the ICF will continue to work with the new model and define what will be required at the ACC, PCC and MCC level. The new model will be officially implemented early in 2021.
