Bringing 20+ years of expertise in non-profit leadership and international education to my professional coaching practice, I have a deep understanding of global NGOs and the challenges their leaders face. I also have extensive experience in identifying and supporting rising talents who aspire to become leaders in their respective fields. As a solution-focused coach, I support my clients in creating new perspectives and pathways that help them clarify and achieve what they truly desire.

I thrive when I coach highly capable, mission driven senior leaders and first time managers who work for a global organisation and are in love with what they do, but are considering moving on due to ever increasing demands and the stressful daily reality of their job. 

I also love supporting high potential young professionals with multiple talents and interests who feel stuck and/or are second guessing their first career choice.
