This is a coach training series, as:

1. Each class provides 4 ICF Accredited Coach Training Hours per week, instead of a 1 or 2 hour class for many current and distance learning classes.

2. You can switch to and complete The Art and Science of Coaching in any in-person 4 day Erickson training if you wish, or complete a portion of the course in an in-person format and return to the online version at your convenience.

3. You can take one module at a time. Start with the low priced Module 1 to see if you like the training, and continue if you so choose.
