High Performance Team Coaching has helped in-house coaches, freelance corporate coaches and team leaders throughout the world apply our specific value-based tools to enhance creativity and strategic thinking. This course examines and defines the structure and principles of innovation within the team dynamic resulting in clear, consistent, and measurable outcomes. You will also learn how to encourage team members to shift out of their competitiveness to truly acknowledge, trust and stand for each other. This course is available onsite or live online. The on-site program is a 3-day (24 hour) course that is delivered in an intensive workshop format. The 8-week online live program is designed to accommodate your team’s work-life-schedule without any disruption to productivity and the working environment. Erickson has extended our renowned interactive live online platform to deliver enhanced learning within the business environment. (*currently not available in British Columbia.)

Lynn Skotnitsky is a Professional Coach and Adult Educator with over 25 years experience in human development consulting in Canada and abroad. Her work has focused on capacity building in leadership, cross-cultural communications, diversity and inclusion. She has worked with individuals, teams, organizations and multi-stakeholder communities. Lynn’s commitment to promoting a society where leadership is shared and diversity is valued has led her to serve as a director on the boards of several non-profit organizations over the years and participate in many initiatives working in social innovation. She is passionate about creating a world where everyone gets to thrive.
