Heather Parks is a Professional Certified Coach, NLP Master Certified Practitioner, and International Trainer with Erickson Coaching International, teaching The Art & Science of Coaching and NLP Practitioner programs both on-site and online. She has spent close to twenty years in business consulting, research and strategic planning, business development, and marketing. Heather provides mentoring and skill-building to coaches and is also an Erickson ICF Mentor Coach.

Specializing in the areas of communication and significant personal and professional habit change, Heather brings to coaching and training a deep foundation in Solution-Focused methodologies and four-quadrant system thinking combined with her passion for harnessing capacities for significant personal development. She works extensively with holistic change based on communication and underlying human dynamics for enhancing individual and interpersonal relationships. Her coaching practice includes working with businesses and individuals to create and manage change and forge new thinking habits.
 
Heather’s credentials include a degree in Business Management, with studies in marketing, consumer behavior, strategic planning, finance, and business development. Additional focus in the human development field includes a BA in Psychology in progress and ongoing studies in behavior development, integrated learning approaches, whole-brain thinking, expert modeling, communication, relationships and interpersonal dynamics.
 
As part of the Erickson Team for over twenty years, Heather has served as a past Manager of Erickson Coaching International and continues to be involved with training, support, and other development initiatives. She also works with program and curriculum development and program design, production, and editing. Heather is a member with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a past is President of the Solution-Focused Coaches Association (SFCA) Vancouver.
