Advance of the Spirit is a 4-day program (32 hours) designed for those who want to continue their own growth and inner exploration both with capacity and range of connection to others and also within themselves.

Master the next level in your personal coach training journey after the Art & Science of Coaching! In each day of this program you will gain increased access to your inner vision and the advanced capacities this enables.

What you will learn:

  • The power of modeling human ‘inner process’ and how you can use this in advanced coaching of self and others.
  • A tiered approach to Four Quadrant thinking – your springboard into deep creativity.
  • The power of perceptual positions.
  • Advancing Inner Genius: bringing genius thinking into everyday capacities.
  • Morphogenetic Mind Access: What this means in Coaching.
  • Cartesian Consciousness Development: The math of mind, and really using it.
  • Value Dynamics:  The inner and outer life, the spiral, and the unfolding of value dynamics.

    • Four great reasons to complete this program if you are a practicing Coach:

    First: You will learn four powerful alignment processes. You will use them for your own inner journey, and as fundamental Wisdom Tools. These are processes you can use effectively with yourself and your clients in your coaching practice.

    Second: This is a program based on values that will move you past relevant personal intimacy challenges, including the area of personal conflict and difficulty with others, into a deeper connection with your own inner truth. Discover and develop Second-Tier Thinking through Authentic Coaching Alignment.

    Third: We will explore the inner journey as a healing passageway.  We will look at the nature of coaching and healing, and elements of healing metaphors that you can effectively apply to this journey.

    Fourth: Explore “WE” thinking as a key area where we — all of humanity – can develop our sensibilities and distinctions. You will learn tools of the spirit that provide a genuine gift to humanity’s future.

    The course works both personally and interpersonally. It will assist you in developing your capacities to move to your own next level, and as a coach assisting others on their own inner journey.
