MODULE IV
Module IV is about completion and satisfaction. “How will I know when I have achieved my goal?” is the key question we will work with. A brief study of meta-programs will also highlight the differences in our communication styles and reveal methods to communicate more effectively with others. At the same time we will move towards completion of the first four training modules, which includes testing of skills and competencies. In this last phase the topics of all four modules will come together to complete the bigger picture the of integrated Solution Focused Coaching Model.

Our ICF accredited program is The Art and Science of Coaching and it consists of V Modules. When completed in full it will open the doors to your professional coaching career.

ICF Certification for Life Coaching to Business Coach Training
The International Coach Federation (ICF) plays a vital function in accrediting coach training programs, in order to ensure delivery of the best life coach training in the world. ICF accreditation is a critical requirement for your success as a professional coach, be it life coaching to executive and business coaching.By regulating standards, skills, and core competencies for coach training, the ICF ensures that life coaches, business coaches and executive coaches are experienced, reliable, professionals, abiding by a strict code of ethics. As an accredited coach training program (ACTP) The Art and Science of Coaching fulfills all of the ICF’s educational and practicum requirements as well as supporting you through the entire ICF application process.

- and purchase the ICF membership $100 US
PCC – ICF Professional Certified Coach
With completion of all 5 Modules of The Art and Science of Coaching you will have accomplished 4 out of 6 of the ICF requirements for your Professional Coach Certificate. All that remains is for you to:
- complete your 750 hours of logged coaching hours (at least 675 hours must be with paying clients) with a minimum of 25 clients
- and purchase the ICF membership $300 US
Erickson Professional Coach (EPC)
The Erickson Professional Coach Certificate is for people who may or may not wish to continue on with Module V, but would like to achieve Erickson Certification. The EPC Certificate confirms that you have achieved 125 hours of coach specific training hours and can demonstrate a level of coaching competence that meets the standards of Erickson College. Once achieved, the Erickson Professional Coach Certificate will allow you to use the title of ‘Professional Coach’.
read moreUpon completion of Modules I-IV, in addition to receiving a Certificate of Completion, you have the option to pursue the Erickson Professional Coach Certificate. The Erickson Professional Coach Certificate is for people who may or may not wish to continue on with Module V, but would like to achieve Erickson Certification. Erickson College is a highly regarded coach training institution that is recognized throughout the world. The Erickson Professional Coach Certificate confirms that you have received 125 accredited coach specific training hours (ACSTH) and can demonstrate a level of coaching competence that meets the standards of Erickson College.
In order to achieve the Erickson Professional Coach Certificate you will need to:
- successfully complete Modules I-IV of The Art and Science of Coaching
- write a book report/ or article pertaining to coaching
- produce at least 3 recorded coaching sessions
- log a minimum of 25 hours of coaching (at least 18 hours must be with paying clients)
Once achieved the Erickson Professional Coach Certificate will allow you to use the title of ‘Professional Coach’. Please note however that this does not mean you are certified by the ICF.
MODULE V – Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC)
Erickson Certified Professional Coach is the designation you will have achieved upon completion of Module V. This designation is recognized by the ICF and highly regarded in the Coaching world. With it you will be able to confidently use the title ‘Erickson Certified Professional Coach’.
If you are continuing on with Module V you’re almost there! Module V is the Certification Module of The Art and Science of Coaching. It is an Online Live Webinar that includes:

Going Green is not just about changing how we do things now but also about taking responsibility and restoring the damage done.
Erickson has formed an alliance with www.plantit2020.org. Founded in 1992 by the singer John Denver, Plant-It 2020 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, private foundation planting trees only in non-harvest locations protected by contract with high survival rates.
Erickson College is a registered education institution; all tuition is free of GST and HST taxes. Tax Deductable – T2202A (Tuition and Education Amounts Certificate) is a official statement for income tax purposes. it is issued to all students who paid tuition and fees for use on their income tax return. The form shows the amount of tuition that can be deducted fro income tax purposes as well as the number of months eligible for the education deduction.
