COMPLETE MODULES I – IV
ATTEND 12 ONLINE SESSIONS
PARTICIPATE IN SIX (6) MENTORED COACHING CALLS
Each session will hone the ICF proficiencies, promote a deep level of mastery of skills, and prepare participants to apply directly to the ICF for their internationally recognized Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. Upon earning the designation of PCC, one can then work toward the Master Certified Coach (MCC) level.
PASS AN ORAL ASSESSMENT THAT DEMONSTRATES YOU ARE COACHING AT THE PCC LEVEL
Once you have completed all of these steps (which are coordinated through Rae Choice), Rae will inform Erickson Vancouver and you will be mailed your ACTP certificate.
While you must complete modules in the order, you are welcome to take them in different locations, or mix on-location trainings with online trainings.
The completion of Module I – IV results in the awarding of the Erickson Professional Coach Certificate. From this point students can use the methods in daily practice either as a coach or within their work environments.
The student has now completed the necessary minimum coach training required by the International Coach Federation.
