As a Life Mastery Coach, Richard uses his coaching expertise to support individuals to move through fear, engage their emotions effectively and become the prime creative force in their own lives. Life itself then is fully embraced with decisiveness and energy.

In his capacity as Trainer and Facilitator, Richard draws on his understanding of Accelerated Learning techniques, his theatre sports background, as well as his vast knowledge of the field of human excellence. His presentations are known to be concise, engaging, informative, and infused with energy. Richard’s training background includes over 1500 hours of facilitation of human development and communication programs such as the ICF accredited Art and Science of Coaching and the NLP Certification Program.

Additionally, Richard has been passionately involved in developing powerful programs in human excellence as well as evolving a dynamic and energized training style that gives adult learners the capacity to discover the learning process itself enlivens, empowers and awakens innate capabilities and resources. He is the creator of the Coaching Forward program and has taught both in-house and online programs.

As a facilitator of Coaching Programs as well as NLP and Hypnosis, Richard maintains his dedication to powerful and fun learning events. Having been both a trainer and professional coach for a number of years adds to his experience of using, applying and creating results employing the very paradigms he teaches.

His credentials include NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Trainer, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy Certification as well as Certified Professional Solution Focused Coach.
