Rae T. Chois has been a trainer with Erickson College International since 2003 and started mentoring in 2005. Rae started coaching in 1998 with the Olympic Organizing Committee in Salt Lake City, and took The Art and Science of Coaching in 2002. She has trained and mentored hundreds of coaches across the globe. She is the co-creator and leader of the last module of The Art and Science of Coaching which supports learners to coach at the level of PCC upon completing Erickson’s certified program.

Background:

Rae T. Chois is an ICF Master Certified Transformational Coach who works with life long learner to awaken the genius in themselves and others. Rae is widely recognized for her passion and extraordinary talent as a transformational coach, trainer and facilitator engaging large audiences and clients worldwide.

Rae is no stranger to the transformational process. As a wife, mother of two young boys, informational entrepreneur, friend, volunteer, athlete, life long learner, etc. Rae has experienced “life’s polarity” and learned a lot from the school of hard knocks.

Out of desperation to find herself and support the people around her, she began studying human development technologies. For the last 20 years, Rae has been on her own journey of discovery and inner development. She continues to embrace a beginner’s mind with each new moment, and learns something new every day.

Prior to becoming an ICF Certified Professional Coach, Rae worked for the Olympic Organizing Committee in Salt Lake City, and in International waters supporting high level communication amongst the 64 countries represented on cruise ships.

Leveraging her international experience, education and radiance as a life long learner, Rae T. Chois offers a wide range of programs and services including one-on-one Transformational Coaching, group coaching, teleclasses, online live virtual trainings, in-person trainings, as well as vision and meditation circles.

She has created numerous products and programs that support her vision of awakening the genius in people to live in joy, authenticity and fulfillment. Her book and CD set called The Making Powerful Choices - 30-Day Program was published in 2005. This “how to” system has since helped hundreds of people across the globe to vividly vision and boldly belief they can and will live the life they love.

Rae has produced two books with Dr. Marilyn Atkinson on The Art and Science of Coaching (Inner Dynamics of Coaching and Step by Step Coaching).
