Paul Gossen

An avid student of transformational training, NLP and business leadership for more than 20 years, Paul Gossen has been and executive coach and Erickson corporate trainer since the year 2000. During this time, he has conducted more than 2800 hours of coaching and more than 120 corporate training programs. He has completed large corporate change programs with the RCMP, American Express, Golder Associates and the City of Mississauga.

Prior to this, as a technology entrepreneur and marketing strategist, he built a number of successful companies. Paradigm Creators developed and brought to market seven computer games. Paul Gossen Consulting Inc., a technology-consulting firm, doubled annual sales four years in a row. Vertegri Research developed the first licensed Apple laptop clone, on launch generating over 700,000 website visitors.
Paul Gossen specializes in using one-on-one executive coaching and managerial coach training to drive organizational change. His most recent book, Business Transformed, is a simple and powerful model for coaching business transformation. An international success, the book is on its third printing and is available in English and Russian.

Paul has worked with hundreds of companies and executives to produce extraordinary results, including effective team communication, increased individual performance and business leadership for accelerated results.
