Heather Parks is currently a trainer of Erickson College’s professional training programs including The Art & Science of Coaching, Corporate training and NLP Practitioner course.
 
Heather has spent over fifteen years in business consulting, research and strategic planning, business development and marketing. Heather’s business education includes a Bachelors’ Degree in Tourism Development, and academic standing for a Bachelor of Business Administration with studies in marketing, consumer behavior, strategic planning, finance and business development. Additional studies in human development include behavioral development, integrated learning models, whole-brain thinking, expert modeling, communication, relationships, interpersonal dynamics and creativity and she is further completing a BA in Psychology at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Specializing in the areas of communication and personal/professional change, Heather’s foundation is in solution focused methodologies and 4-quadrant systems thinking, with a passion for applying systemic thinking to harness capacities for professional development. She also works extensively with systemic change based on communication and underlying human relationships, for enhancing individual & interpersonal dynamics. Heather works with both businesses and individuals to forge change.
 
Heather has served as past Manager of Erickson College in Vancouver and continues to be involved with Erickson College through program training, support and other development initiatives. She works also with program and curriculum development, course material design, production and editing. Heather is actively involved in the coaching industry in Vancouver as a member of the International Coach Federation and is currently the President of the Solution Focused Coaches Association of Vancouver.
