Anna has been the Trainer with the Art and Science of Coaching, Team Coaching, Powerful Negotiations and other certification and specialty programs for 3,5 years. Anna Lebedeva is the Erickson Mentor Coach for the last year. Anna has been the coordinator of all Erickson programs in , and for the last 3 years. Anna has been translator for Erickson programs and for Marilyn Atkinson from English to Russian for the last 4 years. Anna Lebedeva originally took The Art and Science of Coaching in 2002 - 2003.

Pior to becoming a professional coach, Anna Lebedeva spent 5 years as a Training and Development Manager and Training Director in major Joint Multinational companies and their Russian subsidiary offices.

Anna offers a wide range of programs and services – from business training programs, managerial training, hiring, train the training courses, managerial coaching training to team and one to one coaching in relevant areas.

Presently Anna’s main area of successful coaching and training is with Erickson: Being the Erickson trainer Anna teaches people in , and in the Art and Science of Coaching and helps business clients and their teams on long – term basis. Being in constant communication with Erickson International and Marilyn Atkinson Anna helps coaches who go through training programs with Erickson to apply their skills to Russian speaking business environment. Anna also coaches the companies that enroll general public to Ericksonian courses to represent the company in the most professional manner.

After a successful career as a corporate T&D manager, Anna now coaches and trains other trainers and managers in human development to adopt the best of coaching tools to uplevel the corporate performance in the companies and to open the full potential of the talented young managers and employees in easy and natural manner.

Anna is no stranger to the corporate setting and typical issues that relate to corporate success through Human development. She/he spent 5 years as a trainer, T&D manager and owner of a small training company.
