Jan Georg Kristiansen is master of business & administration from Norwegian School of Business & Administration (NHH) http://www.nhh.no and is also a teacher.

He has for several years contributed actively as board member introducing coaching in professions associations in Norway as; Siviløkonomforeningen (The Master of Business Assiciation) www.sivilokonomene.no , Akademikerne Frie Yrker and in the Nordic Coach Federation www.nordiccoaches.org at Nordic and national level.

Jan Georg has worked since 1995 full time as a coach, facilitator and trainer with focus on the development of leadership and teams in organisational development processes both in schools and in businesses.

NLP Master certified first time in 1991 and has followed Marilyn Atkinson's courses since 1996. A certified coach from Erickson University in 1999 after 12 years practice of coaching/facilitation, inspirator and motivator.

One unique core competence developed during 15 years is facilitating workshops both for school leadership teams, teachers and for pupils and students with reading and writing difficulties and learning barriers. The programs are called “Study efficiency with the joy of learning” and includes accelerated learning and study techniques and integrates of coaching in an unique way.

Lecturer for Norways largest private university BI Handelshøyskolen in Situational Leadership, Organisation psychology, leadership, emotional intelligence and coaching. Kristiansen has several years been promoting the T.A.S.C. program in Norway and is Partner in the consultancy Erickson College Norge www.erickson.no Actively contributing as board member for years to the profession of coaching in Norwegian and Nordic level.
